undo the ball, and flip the two inch over...6"-8" raise on that receiver would start to level out that trailer. Might be something to think about over the 2"-3" drop your using.

Trying to do that very same thing I put a 6' breaker bar (pipe) on mine and stood on it. Even my fat butt couldn't get it to unscrew. Went to Walmart and bought a second receiver.
Your suggestion might be an excellent one if he needed to raise the trailer 3/4"- 1" to make the trailer level. But to my naked eye that would vitrually accomplish nothing to level the trailer and only waste a whole bunch of his time and a great amount of effort.undo the ball, and flip the two inch over...
A lot of very accomplished people in life often come to realise at a very early age that what "seems" like the easy way out, often is not or accomplishes very little. They also realise not to follow the advise of fools. . .lol that would be to easy now oly!!... can't go through life just doing the easy way? ....
hitch higher,,is better than hitch lower. and it would be 2"...............Your suggestion might be an excellent one if he needed to raise the trailer 3/4"- 1" to make the trailer level. So, based on your sound advise, I am going to suggest he just leave his hitch alone and spend the time posting on the Arboristsite to increase his post count. Yup!
take your bs trolling elsewhere...A lot of very accomplished people in life often come to realise at a very early age that what "seems" like the easy way out, often is not or accomplishes very little. They also realise not to follow the advise of fools. . .
