Hi Folks,
Wondering if some of you who have some Stihl knowledge could lend a hand.
I have a TS760 that stops running when it gets warm or after about 5 min of use.
I diagnosed this as a coil issue based on what I read online and the fact that I know that I don't have a fuel delivery problem.
I replaced the coil with this one (https://sawzillaparts.com/proline-ignition-coil-for-stihl-050-051-076-ts510-ts760-1111-400-1303/) and the saw starts and runs great....at first. Then the same problem.
I think my ignition system is incomplete because all my saw has is the coil and that's it! When I look at the parts diagrams, I see that there are two options for these ignition modules that I don't have, and I don't know if I need.
It also screams! I would think it being a concrete saw it would have a RPM limiter... the rpm that its running at did not change with the new vs old coil.
