Its good you went in, TCOB, made a few bucks, and nobody(I assume) got hurt.
Plus, you raised the bar in the public's eye about their attitude concerning tree surg.. uh, Arborists. Cool! Three thumbs up!

One climber cut his hand bad enough to get stitches, same climber
bombed a roof and knocked the gutters loose, and I wasted the front of our rental truck, (tree was 5' too tall).

Oh yeah, JPS wore out the IHOP.

We made a lot of money and had a lot of fun.
