Unless I've gone completely around the bend, he's selling 088s for $500. Also, he has 3120s for $500 and MS250s for $150. I must be missing a piece of information somewhere. Like the line that says I'm screwing you. He doesn't saw pictures of the actual saw--just the same image as that guy from overseas selling every saw in Stihl's catalog.

That is really scuzzy. When I Saw all the bold"fine print" I started looking for the catch and saw the 'cd" in the heading and the 'such as' before the 088. People who bid to get the saw can't claim they were lied to when he sends the CD but what he is doing is nevertheless deception in the spirit of fraud even if he is technically innocent. of the crime.

Those flashing arrows pointing to the new 088 and 3120xp saying to buy them now off the ebay store.
They do say "items" instead of saws etc... to cover his rear.

this is a clear case of the missing chad.

He actually will not win. Even the biggest cheat will get it in the end. We all must answer for our misdeeds sometime. This is the same scam as a guy ran earlier with a "new 3120" There were enough AS members contact ebay that the other seller got jerked by ebay. They ended all of his auctions. All I can say is let ebay know again.
