I will start.
This is more for the old guys and ya'll who relate.
When you got 15 guys telling you stuff, how much of it do you do in the same day? I am close to it. But!, having to go over the scales and DOT and all, yeah, I forgot to get some 15 amp mini's. Stopped at the scales. I just started this thread to make us wonder what is on our list of things to do. I need to address the concerns and needs of my drivers. I looked down when I got the call, and my note pad said- "fuses-15amp minis", .

Since I work for several different companies i do not have the To Do load that management at a medium/small tree company would.

I am regularly missing Look-At's on outlier jobs that have a lot of travel.

Replacing small tools and wear items that do not make me money but facilitate jobs, like good rakes and tarps. I always break those flimsey plastic ones with dowel handles.

I've had a little brain damage and i am always loosing my notebooks and day planners.

Where are my glasses, where are my keys.....I'm late getting out the door again and am going to hit traffic!
