This is only relevant to the person who never adjusts his saws. I do it daily when seriously working the saw. Other wise the saw isnt tuned right and not performing up to its potential.Maybe I'm wrong, but with a higher oil to gas ratio, you have less gas by volume
Not if your saw is runnign right.It adds more 2-stroke smell to your hair and clothes.

Complete BS. If it where true one could simply keep adding oil to increase HP.The more oil that is added to the gas the more energy the engine uses for combustion.
