Welll.... a mint McCulloch BP-1 pops to mind first... and if there's any extra left in the wish department.... a complete and running Eclipse Wasp... not the Hahn-Eclipse... the one made only one year by the Eclipse Lawn Mower Company in Prophetstown, IN.... and a Lombard OMS with the Homelite engine.... Those three chainsaws would make me a happy camper for a long time....

I am actually leaning toward the stihl at this point, hard to beat the reputation. Got a brand new alaskan sitting here needing a buddy .

I'd also like an 880. I'm not buying until next spring so maybe.....just maybe, lol. Seems my husky loyalty is only 73cc's deep, then I need a different color scheme.

Dream list: Husqvarna 346xp - Husqvarna 359 - Husqvarna 372XP ..........................O' wait , I already have them . I guess i have my list.

Have any of you had experience with a Husky 346XP AND a 353 ?
I can't tell much difference on the internet. I have been reading
quite a bit, and everyone seems to like the 346 around here.

It seems to break down as follows-
both are in the 50cc range, pro-quality
the 346 is a lighter, faster saw
the 353 has more cc's, but the same hp.
other than that, they seem almost identical.
The 346 is about $50 more.

(After looking more, it seems weight vs. torque are the primary issues.)
I really can't see any significant difference on paper. So?


Am I missing something here? What do you guys think?:monkey:

How about 242xp, 262xp, 371xp, 288xp, 066/660 Magnum, Jonsered 2083 (not 2083 II), P7700, 670 Champ, 394xp/2094xp, and a lot more saws that I don't need.

This is right now, tomorrow the list will be different, but the 242xp and 066/660 will stay.
