What's up with my wood...

Ash tree fell over. I bucked it up today. I noticed the coloring of the wood. Is this indicative of the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB)...or just something else? Curious if anyone knows. It's doesn't seems like moisture. There are several Hophornbeam in there to the right and up top so don't get hung up on those...

btw the Stihl 261 had a lot of fun.

My understanding is that's indicative of a dying tree. Heartwood becomes discolored as it dies. Just what I was told.
