Nope, no tests with teflon. When i go back i might do a government test and see what happens if enough people are interested. I might even post a thread where people can post possible test questions and i could verify what happens. Because im a student i have the go ahead and try it thing with my employers. I have complete freedom to test my own theories and see what happens. So who knows. More possibly to follow
 
Loctite

I think the liquid in loctite suspends the particles that cause the threads to bind. Working with Stainless Steel valves in high pressure and temperate environments lead us to use graphite suspended in alcohol. It dried real fast and "soacked" into the threads pretty easy. Did you try graphite suspended in alcohol?
