Which saw uses the longest bar?

speciemule, you've failed to mention the obvious choice for this poll...therefore, I'd like to cast a vote for the Husky 142. I saw one in Sears and it's the obvious choice for this rigged poll of yours. :monkey:

No, 137. I had my old Husky dealer tell me I didn't have a 3120, that it was in fact a 137. He told me that the special order part wasn't returnable. I told him that I'd risk it.

omg

How can we put a 3120 on the board with a 029??? lmfao Isn't this poll a bit silly???

Oddly enough, the two longest bars I have seen mounted on saws here were these two.

The first was a 52" on a wild thing. The guy brought the bar and saw into my brothers shop, had the bar modded to fit the mighty power head, and had them make a HUGE carbide chain for it.

A week later I was in the back of my brothers shop and we were still getting a laugh out of it, he told me "come check this out". I went to the front and he showed me a beat to P!$$ 028 with a 48" bar mounted up to it. The other guys friend came in and wanted his saw done up the same way.

So, my answer will have to be the 029, since you don't have the previously mentioned wild thing, or 028.

I couldn't bring myself to vote for a Stihl, 3120.

Homelite 2000 or 2100

You forgot to mention the above Homelites. I agree not many people have them, but the people that do pull some pretty long bars with them old torque monsters at 7.0 cubes. My vote goes for the above Homelites.
