is there anybody that knows any tips on a superxl12 i here that theres something in the timing that you can do but im not sure what itis and does anyone know the ccs itwould have its just a saw that i got at a junk dealer but i gotit working fine now and iwould like to tune it alittle and try it in some competition if someone could help me that would be great

The XL12 and the SXL-AO are two different saws. Is it a point model? If so you can change timming by closing up the points a tad. You can also take the ignition off and slot the bolt hole that mounts to the cylinder. I think the timing was set at about 26 degree BTDC at the factory. The only way to know how the timing is set is by using a degree wheel and a static timing light or beep box.
