Picked up this trio yesterday from a Craigslist ad. Runner 290, runner 361 and PHO, missing recoil start assembly, 046 Magnum.

Snagged them for a cool $225.

Man, I agree. What a snag. After all the times I've been burnt on Craigslist by the "Sure, I'll hold it for you till you're off work..." crowd, I finally won! This fellow had a buyer lined up, but I was able to sneak out of work for a few hours (sometimes it's good being the boss). I zoomed there and snatched them up right quick.

All is balanced in the CL universe lol.

Found this gem in a saw shop for sale 400, thought is was fare. It had hardly been used since it was bought in 1990 still had the silvey stone on it and the set sticker for chain guide run in for when stone gets smaller. I retired my old R2 and started running this one. Mooohaaaaaa!!!

Here's mine... McCulloch Super Pro 70. Paid $12.50, and it only needed fuel to run.

Nice find on the SP 70. I grew up listening to one of these, and when my dad was done with it he gave it to me and started my chainsaw addiction. Thanks Dad! Mine has lots of grunt left in her, but boy is that a heavy saw.

My wife's uncle had an extra Stihl saw laying around. Behold the 034 AV Super that he gave me. Currently just waiting on a few rubber parts to come before I fire it up. Has good spark and 160 psi of compression. Should fire right up once reassembled. If that isn't a "you suck" I don't know what is.

Picked this up for $100cdn ($75us) It's a 1992 model and has the HDA87 carb and removable deflector on the muffler.

I picked this bunch up a couple days ago. It's a 181 case but may be a 288 p/c. I havent pulled the muffler yet to see. It cuts like a 288 and has an intake riser for the k&n filter. All the chain brakes function properly and the mufflers are the good unbaffled ones. Also a really nice 288 starter all for a whopping $50.

No, I don't think it was used much......When I opened it up, it was almost spotless. I almost don't want to use her.......maybe I'll just buy another one.

She really likes that blue color on the Makita, I know when to quit.
