I have an 044 that needs a bottom end. I've heard there are different cranks depending on when the saw was made. What is the difference with the crankshafts and can you identify when the saw was made by the serial number or some other method? No I don't have the saw apart yet. Thanks
Lucky

To bandmiller

Can you or anyone give me Bailey's web-page information? Have had computer problems, and had to reload everything. Now trying to build my favorites list back up. Thanks. Lewis.

To Rocky and Ray:

Thanks for your replies and emails. Check your emails for a message from me. I was sure pieved when this computer started messing up, but have it up and running better than before. Added more memory and have been downloading and tweeking this thing for better performance. Have it now where it will do alot of things automatically, where I would do them manually before. I have it set up to where I want it so far. Just hope nothing else happens for a long time to mess it up again. Spent the better part of 3 days and most of this week, off and on, setting it up. I have a friend who is more computer savy than I and he had to reiinstall everything on his computer back about 3 weeks ago. He has programs on his computer that you and I together coulcn't afford and a bug, got into his, so I don't feel so bad. It ended up being fun and a learning experience, so it wasn't all bad. Thanks for you help. Take care. Lewis.
