Wish I would have met him he sounds very funny . Would have been a great friend.
Chris
I wish everyone could have met him.
He will always be my best friend.
He stops in to say hello once and a while.....just in a different way. I know its him.
Been some unexplainable stuff happening around the house and my wife is a witness!

Kind of reminds me of my Buddy Steve I work with.4 of us worked on 1 Damn Pine tree that got lodged in a Poplar tree across a county road.we worked on 1 tree for over 8 hours.LOL First Time I ever saw an F150 hop up in the Air when it retch the end of a Cable.lol He Hit the Horn Button and the windshield at the same time. The one day we didn't have the Track hoe on the job.:chainsaw:

.454 Casull with some hand loads he made. Or as he calls them, "adult loads"!

I ain't scared of much but I don't put anything in the breach unless I know who loaded it and their habits.
My idea of a warm load comes of the reloading chart and does not exceed SAAMI, CUP pressures recommendations.
Just seen the results of "a little bit hot" thats all. Had a contender that was built heavier and had custom load data just for it and I'd color mark the .44 Mags as a warning not to let them get into a regular pistol.

All that said I bet a rig like this is built to take some punishment and capable of some stout loads. Not any "old-timey" rigs in this caliber either to accidently get these hot loads into.

Glad to hear that he's still visiting you.

Thanks for this thread Jeremy.

I've of course never met or knew the man. But I have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed the thread. Sounds like he truly was a great guy and it's great having friends like that. It certainly is hard losing someone like that, but the stories seem to help with the loss. What's nice is when it starts getting easier to tell them and you smile instead of hurt when you remember them. He'll always be with you that way too.

So true!
