There was one that sat in the back of a dump truck and once it rained it sat under water for awhile. Could have been what happened here?

If the crank is free, the bearings are $6, 6201 or Echo 9403536201

I think I would do like Steve suggested and put a short block in it.

I bought a second one for $20 with carb issues. So I have 2 now haha

Use the Walbro kit in the wt, some of the aftermarket kits have problems.
