I guess there is only one thing to do. Let's have a "Get Together" maybe we can all meet in the Atlanta area. Let's not forget about Ed and Hunter making sales also. I hear there is a Alky Dolmar tearing it up down south. Tommy Fales has built some 7900 racers and tons of woods ported 7900's also. I think last count for Tommy was 42.

Terry i like the looks of that saw better than when it will come in Blue, if you get close to either end of Lake Ontario or anywhere in that direction I would be very interested in running one of those saws cause they most likely will not be here in the great white north for awhile.

I may be wrong but I think I have helped Dolmar on this site as well, I have shown that there is not another saw in the 0-5 cu woodsaw class that is close to the 7900, they port very well and make real power, and i know the racesaws that I have made out of Dolmars work very good and people at the races ask alot of questions about these red coloured saws , I hope the guys donot mind seeing red at the races this year cause there is going to be alot more of them

I know I am going to have to plan something in upstate NY for testing the new saws. I will make a post when the saw is coming that way so we can get as many people together as possible for a test. We are working on something to get the Dolmar line back in Canada as a competitor again not sure how it will work out but I hope it does and it will best for the Dolmar line as a whole.
I am not opposed to having bringing the saw to an Atlanta get together for testing as well. For now I have a couple of guys lined up to test the saw here and want to get it to the cold weather too for testing probably the PA or NY area.

Did I say that I was going to run the saw? I was just going to use the camera and give the videos to Dolmar Tech. I thought that it would look better for Dolmar if he ran the saws.
I probable have done more for Dolmar sale on this forum than anyone has. At least they are starting to get the recognition that they deserve.
Thanks
Dan
Terry
If you can make it to my aria, "I would like to run that saw."

Dozer you must be smoking crack?

Even this statement is ridiculous!

"I probable have done more for Dolmar sale on this forum than anyone has."

Terry,
I would like to run some of the saws if you get my way. I would even come to the PA or Indy area if I need to. I am willing to go the extra mile.
As far as who has done what for Dolmar, All I can say is that Ed Heard has made one of the Strongest ported woods saws and proved that they do take well to porting contrary to others beliefs. Ed has also created a very fast Alcohol race saw, that has seen real shows in true operators hands. Many people are asking questions about the Dolmar, because Ed has proven what they can do.
Please let me know when you will be in the area and Ill make time to come visit you.
Thanks
Hunter

P.S. I've sold a few Dolmars on this site as well.

Rich I think the guys running the saws do alot more for the saws than the builders , of course we are going to say this and that but it is you guys ,the guys that buy the saws that help the company like Dolmar out, yes it does help if we make the saw run stronger but you guys still have to buy them to make their numbers of saw sales bigger,
Terry if you are thinking of being Dolmar to Canada, I would be interested in that , Makita just doesnot care about the bigger saws, they would sooner sell me a drill than a saw, what is it going to cost me.
if you want snow and some cold weather to test in , I have a place if you want to play in

Hey! I know of a place in CNY where Dolmar dreams can come true! LOL! The Syracuse area is the obvious choice! Fish has told me of a few strip clubs that allow saws on the runways.

John

John, the fact that you even have a Dolmar is not noteworthy until you`ve given it the squish test.

Jokers sound cool to me , If it is in your area count me in , am the little fat bald guy in the frontrow, ok ok I the fat bald guy in the frontrow.
Gypo will be the one swinging around on the pole.
Will Rich be allowed to come out and play, I know I donot have to ask about Hunter , he likes running saws inside , it is alot warmer

If we talk nice to Gypo he can bring and show us what happens to saws when things just donot go perfect and I hope there is no 7900 in this group

Ed,

On my last visit to Belleville I noticed what appears to be a fine dining establishment due south on RTE 62 from our favorite Tim Horton`s, just south of 401. You`ve probably noticed the place, I`d bet. We`ll have to meet there sometime. :D

Honestly no I have not noticed but will look next time to see how there food is,LOL
there is none of those places around here , about a 100 miles south of me they start.

I donot know if Marky Mark would be interested in going but it would be a laugh with him and Cahoon ,Fales , being there. I know Marky doesnot drink but neither do I so we would just sit back and watch, Marky how much is a new computer going to cost me , I think I need one so i can put videos and pictures on here , I guess my new windows 95 is not going to cut it, yes I know I am a little behind in the times but remember we just got a indoor bathroom

Ed, you`ll know the place when you see it. They have the menu posted outside, larger than life I might add. BTW, it`s on the right hand side when heading south.

Ed I think a 7900 could make the grade for a PC. Of course Ported. I will give you a buzz this evening and discuss the details.

Maybe we can have a little kitty put together and who ever guesses when John smashes the 7900 wins the pool. I say by next week the way things are going.

Gypo is getting to that age where he forgets where he puts things! One benefit; this year he is going to be able to hide his own Easter eggs and still have fun finding 'em.

Frank you donot have to get his age to forget stuff, I forgot pretty much everything my Ex told me .

Marky give me a shout,
