After calling clear, starting saw, i will rev it up and down (not fully) giving audible warning (till cleared); like any other insect before striking!

i more worried about someone walking up the pavement and tripping on a twigg than anyother part of my work,i know of asplundh aust,that got sued for a branch on the pavement that wasnt even there branch they were just working in the street,branch had been cut with a circular saw from a building site woman that fell?went them for everything
