Something is seriously wrong with your 400c.
Yes I'm looking forward to that keep the chain equal.Fuel Solenoid is ordered - next week some time.
Will give update once running and the 400c vs 620p showdown
I would think that too the 400 has a 10 cc advantage. I couldn't find the HP rating for the 620 but the 400 is claimed to be 5.4 HP.Something is seriously wrong with your 400c.
As you know - cc is important but there is more that makes a great sawI would think that too the 400 has a 10 cc advantage. I couldn't find the HP rating for the 620 but the 400 is claimed to be 5.4 HP.

No way in hell an echo is even close. I believe the 620 is down by 1h.
Edit: the 620p is 4.5 HP.
Not sure what your getting at?If you as a Husky user he will tell you exactly what the problem is - lol
I used to run all Huskys now mostly Stihls. Not sure what your getting at?
I like Husky and Stihl. Years ago Huskybwas accross the board faster, but that's not the case anymore.
Stihl has came one strong with their newer saws for sure.I used to run all Huskys now mostly Stihls.
Im sure liking the MS 500I and the 400.Stihl has came one strong with their newer saws for sure.
It's not, believe me. The 620 could barely keep up with my old 562xp and the 400 blows it away.Norway in hell an echo is even close. I believe the 620 is down by 1h.

Video can you? It's not, believe me. The 620 could barely keep up with my old 562xp and the 400 blows it away.
Haye to admit it, untill recently I was that way too. Went from my Mac 10-10, and pm 605 (pos 605) straight into husqy's cause stihl didn't have anything real impressive in the late 90s going into the 2000's. Times definatly changed in stihls favor.I used to run all Huskys now mostly Stihls.
Negative, neighbor wouldn't have it. Won't even let me take pictures of the trees I drop for him to post up. He's kinda eccentric.Video can you?
if you ask the Husky user he will say the problem is 'stihl' or 'stihl there'Not sure what your getting at?

Fuel lines getting soft, fuel filter clogged up?Problems with my 400c - will only run on full choke, as soon as i hit throttle she shuts off
took carb off and cleaned it, there was no noticeable dirt/dust
took muffler off to inspect for scaring - nothing i can see that would suggest scarring
replaced spark plug
i do not have a compression kit to test but it feels no different
fuel in non-ethanol 40:1 synthetic mix
any suggestions???
Thank You
