Shut up!Guys, can I use my chainsaw to wet wood or when it's raining?
If YES, then what are the things that I should keep in mind. Hit me with your tips.
Thanks
Mate- awful risk exposing anything to rain in China.
Saws made of rice paper should not be used in the rain.
I would be more worried about rain with the composition of acetone, but I guess it depends on the oil ratio used to seal the wonton? What about the pro-grade ones made of wonton wrappers?
Chainsaw will be fine, although I'd set the bar oil to maximum lube. But you will fair worse in rain... Plus it's easier to slip when everything is wet... Then add mud... Cold ... And it's a miserable experience... Why do it?!Guys, can I use my chainsaw to wet wood or when it's raining?

The OP is a computer program...I think OP should quantify what degree of rain he's talking about. Lots of times I have kept cutting if some light drizzle or rain set in and I wanted to finish.
But purposefully going out in a steady rain = stupid. Unless of course, you are part of an emergency crew getting peoples lights back on!
LOLWait when its raining I dump the bar oil out so it doesnt mix with the rain water in the cut.
You want the water to get in not bead off because theres oil in the way
When I was with the tree company we didn't stop for rain unless we needed the climbers up in trees which was dangerous. If we were dropping, chipping and bucking up, we worked right through it. Saws never gave a damn. You guys suppose loggers stop logging in the rain?
While it's miserable on the operator I have cut many times in the rain. The saws don't miss a beat..
