When chains jump the rails of the bar you have to take a flat file and take any burrs off the drivelinks, the chain will not work well unless you do this, I also should suggest you check your drive sprocket for wear and make sure its not worn out. Bear in mind that the oregon INTENZ system is absolute s____ on any saw, I ran a CS3000 for about a year or so with an intenz bar on it, then I finally got po'd with it and stuck a chain tensioner from an older MAC I had in it and fixed the problem, never failed me again after that. I just didnt like the Echo saws too much, at least the 3 series saws, the bar studs are too small and fragile for my hercules arms to handle, I broke them off by accident once of twice and wound up using a set of allen screws to hold it together after that.
