Well just don't tell this guy that. I think he might be a professional.
And to think he is using that old junk 7900 surly not a top notch saw. Also it has an inboard clutch how can he handle it in such position.

Look at that tree fly @7:40! :surprised3:

Sounds like a Dolmar PS-7900, looks like a Dolmar PS-7900, and one can see @8:44 that it is a Dolmar PS-7900 FullWrap with HD filter setup - it must be a Dolmar PS-7900 then (or one of her siblings)! :)

Don't anybody dare tell that dude inboard clutch Dolmar's are not suited for professional logging! :innocent:

Have seen a few vids from this guy, he seems to know what he's doing.
Nice video! :)

I know a logger that uses dolmar. He cuts a lot of timber and swears by them. Its the only dolmar saws I've seen in person. he has a couple of the 7900s and he uses them over any of the of the other saws hes got. he has order parts is the only drawback to running them.

No doubt that saw is a runner...sounds awesome.

The part that makes me cringe is him standing on one leg, one hand holding the saw, one hand holding the tree. Sawing and then letting the saw fall to his side while holding it with one hand...oh hell no for me. That looks like a good way to get some body parts cut off. But that's why he is a pro and I'm just a firewood hack I guess.

Dolmar?!! Never heard of it. o_O
Would You send me that signature "anchor" of Yours, I really need it to hold my garage door open - I am willing to come up with part of the shipping cost, but no more then 50-60$!
Just trying to help You get rid of that piece of junk.

Trust me, it's worthless anyhow! :innocent:

How can you tell? I barely could even see him, never mind the saw.
He said so in the comments of the video.

No one said they couldn't be used, just that they are not used.. this guy is in rare company. He is one of the 6 guys in the US using Dolmars proffessionaly...
Yes you and a few other guy's do say aND imply that all the time with any opportunities.
