I'm still working that out for myself...I tried to destroy my Proyama top handle last year to no effect. Not with negligence, but by bucking 10-12" stuff over and over and over and over. Butt to tip. Huh. Just cut..🤷‍♂️ Still cutting.. I'm only on my second chain on that one, so...still testing.. I bet those real zenoahs are a very, very nice saw.

Couldn't find a used tophandle in these parts if I tried..

No holtzforma's here. So I don't know about that.

Prob got bad advice for people that pretend to know on YouTube.

There's so much of that it is ridiculous. And so many of them get free stuff to critique. Not necessarily an honest situation.

I have this exact model, on 5th tank so far, and love it... Starts on 1st-2nd pull everytime, and hot starts no problem. I did install a Tsumura 14 inch bar and yellow chain. If cutting dirty/sandy wood (in FL) use Amazon cheapo chain. Another great Zenoah clone, believe the Chinese can copy simple Japanese saw better than complex German stuff (stihl) to reliably run right.

I agree. The zenoah and Husqvarna clones are great. I don't like the stihl clones.

Correct. I have Redmax GZ400, GZ 4000 as well as clones of those saws (and the 3800) made and marketed by Ryobi Craftsman and a slew of orhers sort of culminating in the Earthquake saws.
All of these were clones of the Redmax saws that came with Zenoah engines and as Redneck said, had absolutely nothing to do with husky because this was long before husky acquired Redmax.
Husqy was in bed with zenoah (redmax same company, just the state side brand) for years before they purchased them in 2007. Zenoah also licensed their product out to a lot of other companies over the years, and produced saws/o.p.e. in both Japan and China. The ryobi, craftsman, mcculloch etc were fully licensed zenoah/ redmax products produced in China and hit and miss if the had a Japanese or Chinese engine in them. Non of them were really "clones." The John cutter, neojunk, etc are the clones.
Zenoah still designs and produces most of the smaller displacement o.p.e. for themselves and husqy. Saying you have a "real zenoah" because it's a pre 07 saw is basically bs.
