GRANBERG FILE-N-JOINT I need a how to if someone can help?

The question I have is 'will it work with other size chain'? It looks like you are running 3/8 Picco/Low Profile chain there (or maybe .325"?). If you have full sized 3/8", .050 gauge chain would you have to shim up the Granberg due to the larger tie straps?

I actually set it originally for the 3/8. Then the chain clamps were too high for the 3/8 LP. So I took about an 1/16" off the block so the clamps are maybe a little lower than optimal on 3/8 but it still locks the chain so it doesn't wobble. Works fine for 3/8, .325. and 3/8 LP. Over time I found as long as the clamps are above the rivets it is fine.
