Help With Pecan Tree

This a really old pecan tree on some land I recently purchased. It has alot of dead limbs. Is there any hope with this tree. I really don't want to lose this tree if possible. Some of the other pecan trees on this property are doing them same thing, but not quiet this bad as this tree. Any suggestions?
