How many of you actually OWN a DOLMAR 5100 or 7900.

I want Pics. Everyone is recommending them, do you actually own one?

There is no way that I would buy a saw with so little dealer support.

Let the thrashing begin.

Huh, you say you wouldn't buy a saw that has no dealer support yet you have Mac's and Craftsman and Poulan in your stable , hmmmmmmmmm, didn't know they had dealers, hehehehe

Here is the 5100 muffler. I should have put a round hole in the bracket. I wanted to get as big as I could!!!

I luv that short bar on that 5100 Steve. Bet it is fun to limb with.

Nice pics. I am actually being a wise guy in that everyone's shots aren't showing this:

Image is one is a pic of me doing a boring cut with my 7900, although I think I posted that one once before.

Be careful, too many boring cuts can lead to sleepiness and inattention. Personally, I get kind of excited when I'm running a saw, and don't typically find it "boring" at all. I'm sorry, I guess I just find you boring....I may have to play around with this just a bit more...maybe not, I'm already bored...;)

, I guess I just find you boring.;)

Believe it or not, I've heard that before.;)

Actually I was paying top attention for awhile there until I was pretty sure I knew where the tree was going to go once free. We are "walking jellyfish" compared to the power of a 150ft tree suspended by the ends.

Oops, this isn't the "Who's drinking with me thread....

Actually, I liked your style, just feeling a bit annoying tonight. Red wine, actually a nice Rioja, went well with dinner, but even better with the forum.

Hey Mark, If you can't be annoying on AS, where can you be?

Just kidding, I like someone who says what they think. In this day of being so politically correct and safe.

Great Posts Guys! Thanks for all the pictures.

I'll have to look around Fort Wayne and see whos selling them. I know that the big guys that are close to me are not .

Yes, Thall, I know that my list is pretty pathetic!! LOL!! I can say that I did not "BUY" any of them except the new Stihl.

Actually my first saw was about 15 years ago, and my wife bought the Craftsman for me for XMAS. I was pretty happy with it for many years. Then I moved to the country and found this site. Well, you know......

I still do not need another saw, but when I do, I'll look closely at the DOLMARS.

I just wanted to see who the real owners were vs. the guys that recommend them because everyone else is.

Thanks to everyone.
