Time to resurrect this mother! Only because I'm replacing rings and a split impulse pipe on a 136 I originally bought in 1998. I really don't see any poor enginering in this saw, if it truly was a Poulan design. it looks clean inside and very fixable.
 
I'll check that tomorrow. I have 65 acres, live out in the country., I need to cut a bunch of firewood for this winter. Is there a NEW saw in the $400 range that will last more than 40 hours The trees I plan to cut down are 2 foot or so in diameter. I guess I should have researched the Husqvarna saws before I dumped the money on this one. I'd rather spend some good money up front and get a GOOD reliable saw from the get-go. What's y'lls thought on a good saw
get one of these i heard its a screamer no issues after 6 months commercial use
