Does everyone agree that the cylinder cant be cleaned up and reused? ( I hate throwing sh#t away)
Pretty hard to tell from those pics... & even with good pic's it can be hard to say.
If the plating isn't obviously damaged I'd be inclined to have a go at cleaning it up. If that works smooth over any irregularities in the ports, re champher them & see how it runs with a new pistin & rings

Plating is broken.
Deep scratches and only alum. body around intake port. Without cromeplating...

Now for me possible next variants.

Be sure to have 272 intake spacer, bolts, etc { different from your 162 }before buying your cylinder.
I have intake spacer for 272, and need decompressor - this not difficult to buy

Go with a 266 style cylinder. Only 162/630 and 266 cylinders will fit under your top cover without spark plug interference. It also uses the same intake block you already have.
If i play with Farmertec 50mm (Husq 268).

Top cover not need for 268.
//intake block i know.

Yes- a play off of Windsor no doubt- just not the same quality!
I not have original Husqvarna parts....
Windzor or Farmertec parts

//i send question Farmertec dealer abaut cyl.plating, еhey told me that it was Nikasil, not chrome.

If you have access to the internet- you have access to Husqvarna parts- as does anyone in the World.
It all comes down to what you are willing to spend.

May well be nikasil coated- but nothing to say that coating will stick to the base material, is of similar quality, or similar finish.

That's an OEM 268 that has been swapped to a 266/61 style filter. The 162 top cover doesn't even get down far enough to rub on the filter screws like it does on a 266.
Whoever said you didn't need a top cover change for a 268 or 272 top end gave you bad information.
A mid/late 84 266/61 cover with the bigger spark plug bump will clear, a 162 or 162 based 61 cover does not.

Here you can see the difference between the early and late 266/61 covers. The ones with the flat area in the top of the spark plug bump clear a 268 or 272 top end, the early ones are similar to the 162 cover in that area, and do not clear.
