A 346 with a pop-up generally ends up around 190 PSI. That's a plenty IMHO.
On a 346 cylinder you don't get the flat spot on the bottom of the intake if you mill the case.I've seen no historically documented reason to go to those efforts. Do you do this with the crank still installed?

This^^^^^In small saws I totally disagree, you want to see 210psi or more IMHO.
Oops sorry guess I missed that part during the original build. But that's still very impressive.It had the 357 parts on it.

Well there was that 461 from Chadhilman's dyno that made some crazy HP too!From what we've all seen I think it's safe to say the 346 and 372 make the most PH when ported, than any other modern saws.
