I was wondering if anyone had a set of Good Gaffs they needed to get off their hands. Feel free to p-message me or e-mail me. My hooks got run over by the crain. So I'm kind of in a pintch. I've looked on ebay, but I would rather buy from one of you fellas. Thanks, Billy:cry:

Things like "they feel squishy". I was really tempted to buy RB's Wolfs last year but the comments from guys 80lbs lighter than I made me reconsider. I think that JPS has a set that he likes and he outweighs me so they might be great.

I can send a picture tomorrow

I gots a set. They're the basic Buckingham Climbers, but I've got the cushy pad, the dark, wraparound velcro bomb pads. Both the spikes are new, as well as the pads are still in the packaging.

Tomorrow's the Indy 500, then labor day, THEN we can ship em out, that would be the best I can do.

Whatever the cost is new, subtract 20%, throw on $10 for shipping.

I borrowed a set of WolfClaws from a buddy, he said he'd had real problems climbing in them. I tried them out and in three minutes I knew why he couldn't be confident up there..... tha angl;e of the spike was WAY wrong.

I drilled em out (there is no angle adjustment, just length of spike adjustment), set a new angle, and now my friend can climb like a big dog.

Pffssst!

I didnt buy 'em....got them from wiley_p who got them from a friend. wiley asked me to try and sell 'em.

So I'll sell 'em to a friend...or enemy....but gm has left the chamber.

I know some people who love them, I got rid of mine because I had to have thm extended all the way to the top an there was way too much flex in them.

There not bad gaffs, and easy to change gaff length if going fron thick bark to thin bark on the same day.

I almost bought a set of Brooks Hooks, but I thought about it over night and decided against it. I figured I might as well save up the money and get a new pair and break them in myself.
Thanks, BB
