No marks anywhere on the inside and on original chain. I now have to offer it to my BIL in the AM or just give him a jonsered 630 that I am not using.

Here is the dilemma. Would you keep this saw over a Jonsered 630? Which would you choose?

I'd keep that Poulan 4200. That's the nicest unrestored 4200 I've seen. You're not running the 630 anyways....

Thanks for the advice. He is leaning toward "a saw with a brake" so we will see soon. I really like the sound and feel of this saw and I have a 670 Super II that will cover for the missing 630. Seems like a much easier decision now. Thank you.
