Well really no they don't. Pretty faded on the fuel cap and it will probably need a new gasket and duckbill valve in it.

OK, so thread jack on that point..... How do you change the duckbill valve out of those? I see sintered metal.....

Ice pick. In the little slot, pry hard. Get new sintered bronze filter and duckbill from Chainsawlady.
