Looks fine to me. Mine never looked so clean but I think it could look like that if I'd just wash it.
The 660 never had the new style caps (amen). And I'd assume the bar is re-painted.

I've now bought 2 saws from this guy. I've cut about 10 cord with the 036 I bought from him, and it's a good running saw. Just picked up an 064 last night, and he showed me the 034 Super sitting on the shelf. I'm not posting this to help the seller, I'm posting this because I think it's one heck of a steel! The post doesn't mention it, but he said it has a new piston and rings also.
