He has zero feedback as a seller, and he has a new Husky 365 and a new Stihl MS250 for sale right now on Ebay. It sure doesn't look good..... I feel bad for the poor buyers on this one.

I wonder what the policy would be if you bought a counterfeit saw, but you paid him with a counterfeit PayPal Account? I would suppose it would be a "wash" at that point. It's algebra at that point.........a - X - = +......................:hmm3grin2orange:

Hey Aaron and Jon -

That goofy 'Black Max XI' saw is now over $130 .... and the Stihl lighter is over $36 ....

Just so ya know ....

Smitty's Chainsaws

This is a perfect investment property! A 3200 sq.ft. commercial building with 4.6 acres of land with two double-sided billboards on Territorial Road and I-94!

Zoning is commercial.

The property has a 40x80 warehouse building which was built in 1980 and formerly housed "Smitty's Chain Saws". The building has an office and bathroom in the front.

The business has since closed however, there are tons and tons of valuable chainsaw parts stored inside.

The parts are going to be inventoried and sold or auctioned off, or they could be negotiated in the purchase price of the property.

Some jackass hit the Buy it Now on this POS Chinese saw. People are bidding on the others like crazy.....
I feel sorry for the poor sap. I just found this tidbit of information about MS070 coming from a plant in Zhejiang, China: "We make Stihl 070 and 038 chainsaw for export, also we supply all parts for Stihl 070,038. And we have Husqvarna 365 whole machines too. Stihl 08S Crankshaft, Husqvarna 61 crankshaft."
An old economics class statement comes to mind about "caveat emptor"...better known as buyer beware.

Look at #5 under 'Features' ....

.... doesn't Viagra do that?

ROTFLMAO

So I sent the seller a question about country of manufacture, and here is the response:

Dear johnb.1974,

Can you tell me where this saw, as well as the other saws you have listed were manufactured.
Jonathan
