wouldn't a rope and cinder block be cheaper?

:hmm3grin2orange:

Yeah that would be cheaper, but how are you going to cut down a tree with a cinder block? I could always untie the anchor line going to my husky, but what would I anchor my boat with?

I was supposed to meet the guy tonight after I got home from work. Worked out a deal with my little solo 651 getting traded. All of a sudden he stopped answering his cell.

leave the anchor on the boat.:greenchainsaw:

If it runs good, I'd say it's worth $75.
It'd make a decent bang around the house saw.

This just caught my eye and had me wondering if I could turn it over and make a few bucks torward that 60cc+ saw deal I'm gonna find someday.

The profit margin on saws that small isn't very good. If it is real good condition and runs well you might make a few bucks on it. I'd grab it if I were you, see what happens.

That 45 Husky will probably bring $100 on a good day. If you're going to try and make money on it, I wouldn't spend more than $40 or $50. It is getting to be firewood season and the hurricanes are coming, but that saw is an older model. For around $150, 51 and 55 Husky's can be found.

I just sent a reply. I'll let you guys know. He's gonna have to work on the price though for a blown 660.

thanks for the lead.

I ended up getting the saw, and yes it has a burned p/c. The guy is from Yonkers NY. He was fairly decent about it when I showed him the scored cylinder wall through the plug hole. I ended up getting it for $260. Otherwise its in nice shape, its got a Stihl 28" bar on it.

gonna go with a baikeys BB kit? i just recently got my 064 running, not the same saw but pretty close, and man, a true beast!
