The Remington Golden Logmaster has the big injuhn.

I got a Golden Logmaster parts saw at a garage sale for 5 dollah. The piston is in bad shape but it looks like an old Mall 2MG piston might
work in its' place.

Yup, nothing around here except firewood saws normally.

The one in the add has lost so much paint that it is hard to determine which 'Logmaster' it may be.

Edit: Seems to have some blue left so that may be an SL-5.

Ha Ha! Dan didn't you know that at one time Stihl had its own custom line of "green saws"! :wink2:

There is a reason that most folks call any cutoff saw a Partner saw. They were useally the best cut off saws over time.

Funny to see you say that, here in the UK the generic term is a 'Stihl saw' even people who aren't familiar with the brand will know what kind of saw you mean by that term.

Just had my $58 (delivered) offer accepted for a new Husqvarna 24" bar here. Cheapest local dealer was $69 plus 9.25% tax, and 2 gallons gasoline to get there and back.

I noticed that seller about two or three weeks ago and saved him as a favorite. He usually has some nice stuff. I think he just recently sold a 166 or an Echo 610 or something that was really nice.
