For those that remember when I joined this great site I was highly ticked about Echo voiding my warranty on a 10 month old saw with a broken piston. As a gesture of alliance with the common man I have hit every site that lets you review Echo saws. I tell my story and copy/send the review to Echo. I have also attended Echo Customer Appreciation days and shown people the broken piston and told them Echo denied the warranty. As Andy Warhol said, "Everybody has their 15 minutes of fame." Echo has blocked me from their customer service email submission.
