dude i went pawn shop surfing for that exact saw last week. the best saw i saw was a hurt'n ms 290 for $250. i said ya right $100 and i'll take it. hahahah i've always wanted an 046/460. would almost trade the 3120 i got yesterday for that but then again i have more uses for the 3120. nice score man. you did good. you suck big time.

Worth six times more than that. I never heard of a pawn shop that dumb in Illinois before. You just cashed in. If I got that lucky, I'd be wonderin' what kind of disaster was about to strike.

Now I don't feel so bad -- about what I paid for an 046 Magnum (with several bars and chains). It was bought from a friend who needed some cash and drove a hard bargain. That was a couple years ago, and I have put a lot of use into it and it still runs great. But, $119? Is there a Voodoo curse on it or something? I wouldn't turn my back on it if it's idling on the bench....:msp_scared:

I think I now know why it was so cheap. The 25" bar has green chain on it AND it's 63 gauge. None of my 84dl loops will fit it. :msp_angry: 63 gauge and stihl is just wrong. I think I'm going to have to invest in a new bar as I don't want 50 and 63 getting all mixed up.
