Dang wish I had known. But the ice storm took out my isp for a bit. Maybe I can make it to one that's close some day.

This was a year and half ago....not recent. Pete had a couple in a row....in the fall like late Oct....first one was super...bunch of guys showed up...Leeha, Ambull, Jack walker, Woodchucka and his brother and others . See if I still got a couple pics of the first one..Hmmmmm????? All I seem to have left are one of Leeha running a BP655 and another of him running a 750 Homie...and then last but not least Leeha's signature Mac!!! Had a lot more but they got stuck in the beat 'puter.... even had one of me running J Walker's 75cc ported 2171..........OOOOOoooooo!!! That is one sweet Jonsered!!

I have a 670 that I'm working on with the early-style chainbrake. The handle is loose and flops around in all directions. The brake does function however.

Is there a way to remedy the loose handle or is this caused by wear? I doubt I'll be able to find another one of these assemblies, unless I go for the new-style.

There's a 90 on the bay right now...poor saw has two bids already and is at $300. He did some kinda ridiculous respray and got paint everywhere. Said it was an 80...below his description he consents that it's a 90. No 80 had that top cover and decomp. He's re-wrapped the handle bar with what looks like blue electric tape, or maybe bicycle tape...yeah, that should last with oil/gas/use. No compression given, just stated the saw is about 90% and nearly new...whatever that means.o_O He's not completely sure of the bar size or even the chain...doesn't like to do homework I suppose. His shipping charge is cheap enough, but more than likely, he'll stick it in a cardboard box with little protection and let the freight boys beat it to death. We'll see what happens with the final bid..

Hey, Real1Shephard. Be careful what you post. I sold that saw. If you had read more closely I said the "chain" was at about 90 percent. I wrapped the handle with the tape I happened to have on hand, as I intended to keep the saw and just use it. So what if I decided I wanted to slop some paint on the saw? It was for my own use. I picked up another 90 and on a whim decided to post the sloppily painted, compression unlisted, bar uncertain, model uncertain saw. I didn't bother to check or post the compression as I set the reserve high and didn't expect it to sell. I wasn't sure if it was an 80 or a 90 and as soon as someone clarified, I was appreciative and posted their comments. Considering I spent $75 for the saw, had some fun cutting with it, and sold it for a bit over $300, perhaps the buyer liked the sloppy paint job. It seemed a bit arrogant to assume how I was going to ship the saw, but the buyer had no complaints.

If anyone should be upset its the guy who dropped $346 on your saw!

I stand by what I said, dude, the saw was shite for the $$$. So what if a fool is born every minute...you left yourself no latitude for a decent shipping procedure in the beginning, although at the time you had no idea that it would go so high. The buyer was either a fool or just desperate enough to own a 90, that they paid the outrageous fare. Sure ebay is a free market system, but it's easily corrupted with items that aren't really what they appear to be, or items that can cause a feeding frenzy. You won this round at somebody's expense...braggin' that you only paid $75 for the saw pretty much says it all....that's what the seller got..a $75 saw.

And I'm certainly entitled to my opinions of your saw and your listing...what did ya think, you were gonna come in here and 'scare' me?

Kevin
