(*Sigh*)...yeah, I'd really want to bid on that. New listing, missed it until now. But I promise...this is the last 90 I go for!

Thanks Kev/Robin - the sandwich was put together correctly and the diaphragm was hooked. I think it's the lever, I leveled it with the outer edge of the carb NOT the floor of the chamber.Does sound exactly like carb....the Tillotsons are a bit fussy about the metering level....that's why I cautioned about setting the lever exactly as Tillotson said to. The lever for the diaphragm needs to be exactly even with the floor of the chamber. I'm betting something isn't right inside that carb.....like Robin said, it's very easy to miss hooking that diaphragm into the lever fork. You have to leave the diaphragm in it's proper place and sort of peel up one edge and peek under there to see if it's hooked correctly. Also make sure the spring for the metering lever is centered on dimple.
Also if I remember correctly the 'sandwich' on the top is;carb/diaphragm/gasket....but on the bottom it's;carb/gasket/diaphragm.

You just screwed up. That lever is supposed to be level with the floor.

LOL....well damn man, make up your mind! I can easily back out the ebay 90....there are almost six days left on that one. Looks like you adjusted the lever correctly the second time around....hope that's the culprit. You really do have to sell me the saw now....lol.
Kevin
The angle of the pic and the carb isn't very good, I did level it with the floor.
Good you got it right but I was replying to the post 3003 where you showed and said you adujusted it to the carb body.
I read the posts...saw his progression and the end result, which was correct...he even said he adjusted to the floor height.
Kevin
Thanks Kevin, it's all good. MM was just reiterating the fact that I screwed up and I had the pictures to prove it. We all do it from time to time, that's the learning process.
I dunno.....I think it's more productive and conducive to dialog if you say something like; 'I think it's possible that the lever is not even with the carb floor'.
Seems to flow better than;'You just screwed up'.

Eh, that didn't work, same results. Still seems like a fuel problem though. Someone make me an offer of a running saw for this Jonsereds 90.
Dean......did you use any sealer on the gaskets I sent??
