This is my old '88. It was still running great at 295,000 miles. I saved a few good pieces for future use.

Now that's a cart load of 49SP's.....................................
My daddy had one like that with the silly little fins. 'Twas a diesel, and I think it got to around a half million miles before the frame was too rusty to pass inspection.I have to laugh when I see 84 month car loans advertised. When you get your car payed off, it's rusted out. Here's a pic for you Benz guys. It is a car that my Cousin had back in the '80's. It's up in the pasture now.

Nah, he wasn't cheating - he was just a very good competitor with a very good saw for its time. I had to have one like it and try to make it even better. Another member is using my old ported jug regularly these days.Lol..so was he cheating? I never got the bug to do any saw competition...especially when I heard they were dropping one of two rings for less friction etc. The 2100/2101's went through gas like crazy anyway, porting would have been far worse. We did muffler mods and plugged the gov...that's it.
I'll PM you about the air filter...thanks!!
Kevin
The rest wouldn't fit in the cart orderly........
49cc
Most are, I believe just a few early ones were 44cc?
Yep...I don't have a 50 but for some reason have a NOS 44cc P$C kit for one.......
Robin, you have the distinction of having more running 49SP's than anyone else that I know of!
Nice old J'reds, Eric!
Kevin
I don't know Niko.......I'll have to look into that.......Is that the same 44cc one that later was used in the 451?
I don't know Niko.......I'll have to look into that.......
Actually it is very unlikely that it is the same, as the differenses in max power rpm and max recommended rpm are huge...
