Doo9 is a large mount Husky...9.5mm. Unless it had sloppy machining, it would require some milling/filling to fit an old J'red. Rather than do that, I'd use it on my Husky 2100. I don't have a J'red anyway that would run that...you'd need the 111S or the 1020.

It's just fantasy anyway, because for the price of getting it over here I might be able to buy two Cannon bars. Quality-wise, you're not gonna beat a Cannon professional bar. From the pic in perspective, I would have guessed that bar as a 48"!

Never measured that way....all my Husky large mount bars themselves have measured 9.5mm(to 10mm on occasion). If the bar mount openings were exactly 9mm...that would be excessively tight. In the literature, D009 is supposed to be 9.5mm

Well, that was back in the day...I'm totally up to correction on whatever is made these days. Cannon claims their Super Bar is 9mm for Husky large mount in their present lit. I would think that actually in the field, the opening would be closer to 9.5mm....but not sure about that these days.

I contacted Cannon a couple of yrs ago about 10mm opening mounts for their Super Bars...no go. So you either buy their big Stihl bars and find/make an adapter, or you whittle on the 9mm bars. That would be a mill exercise I would suspect with their metallurgy and the bars are very expensive to start with.

The Oregon catalog specs the D009 bar slot at 9.0 mm but it makes no sense they would produce one that tight to the stud size. Even the paint in the slot would pose an issue. I suspect they make them oversize to prevent fit up issues.

I do have an Oregon D009 mount bar that mic'd out at 9.1 mm and I had to take a file to it to get it to fit. It was fairly easy considering the cheesy steel they are using now.

+1....... The 110/111/111s is the only ones that used a flat screen with no break (at least that I know of).

The bar on my Jonsered 670 fits really tight, I have to give it a good push to seat properly on the studs. I need to get & post the numbers on it.

Like a lot of things as the yrs past, standards get relabeled. Was probably easier at some point to call the bar opening the same as the stud to avoid confusion? Anyway, you have to have some slop in the mount opening to slap a bar in there and keep working. I have measured my old Husky bars and Oregon bars(for the Husky large mount) as stated previously and they range from 9.5mm to 10mm. Haven't really mic-ed out the J'red bars, except that the larger 10mm Husky large mount bars got used on the 80/90's. Except the Carlton bar, which I made bigger...Baileys sold me that turd under the assumption that it would be "easy" to open up the mount slot.

Ok, here it is on the case. The holes line up perfectly.

You can see the different pull- handle mount in the pic above but here's a closeup. I've never seen one like this on a 111s or any other Jonsereds. But, it does fit and I'm pleased for $40.

Yup, I think you're right. After I looked at it closer, kinda appears that way.

It looks like something was inside the crank and put some scars in the case. Still very usable though and the crank and bearings look good.
Bonus, all the gaskets came off in one piece!!
