That sucks they won't back it up. I haven't had to deal with that yet but I hate hearing that a company won't back their warranties

there all wonderful till it costs them a few pennies to fix an issue. They you/we get to see how wonderful they really are. They could give you a new can with an apology every 2 seconds for a week and never see any appreciable loss in profit. But screw a few people over and it may cost them plenty. I hope it is a piece of dirt on the O-ring for your sake.
