K-12 Saw question....

Now I know its not a chainsaw,but there are a lot of knowledgeable people here that can help out.Someone gave me a seized K-12 saw from his Fire department(Someone ran straight gas in it). I still spelled ether on the plug when I took it out,and its hard to turn over,so its definetly seized.Anyway,the only manufacturer name I can get off of it is "Target",which is a sticker right around the air cleaner housing.I tried looking up this brand on the internet and found only the table tile cutting saws,but no k12.I am hoping I can still get parts for this,if so where can I get them?? I assume at a minimium I will need a cylinder and piston.Thanks for the help in advance....... .........

Is the Partner brand of saw the same as the target.I found that saw too but I wasn't sure,however they do look similiar.Thanks again....:greenchainsaw:
