Why?
I saw this video a while back, and have been wondering what he was checking for:
The chainsaw guy log testing McCulloch 250 - YouTube
What I want to know is why he's checking the saw's temperature, and what temperature he is looking for. Is there a certain temp that the saw needs to be at before it can go to work? You can see from the vid that he uses a cheap infrared pyrometer [temp sensor] to check the temp of the saw, on both sides.
Any ideas about this?
Thanx in advance!
