How in any way can them sending you something like that be they were cool about it? Sorry but if that happend to me I would be mighty pissed off. Dont get me wrong I have done plenty of business with Baileys and was always taking care of. But that is just poor business practice.
 
i haven't dealt with madsen's but bailey's has never steered me wrong and their prices are 25%-75% what the local want for the same exact items.

They took somone's word and got screwed. They could have chosen to not trust me, but they trusted me also. That's pretty cool in my book. Of course I know I am telling the truth, but they know someone lied to them.

PS if you have to call them, pissed off and such. Post it here first so I can wait a day or two to buy stuff. LOL
 
Fred I understand things happen and except that. My point is that when that rocked out chain came in, it should have been checked before it was sent to someone else.
 
I see your point, but disagree to a point. How many returns does that one guy do. Just a mistake. Except on behalf of the bastard that sent it back.

Doesn't matter if it is 1 or 1,000. They should be checked before they are sent out to a customer. What does it take 2 minutes to pull out of box look it over put it back or trow in junk pile. Or spend 3 bucks to ship then 3 more to have shipped back, then 3 more to send new one. Just spent more on shipping than the chain is worth. Not to mention if it happens to a new custumer that may not be as forgiving as you. So there goes that business relationship.

One useless employee can make an entire company look bad. It's not like small companies have layers of quality control and ISO9001 process in place.
