Ok, I gotta get in on the next 200t run, I like that a lot.

I took a "fatty" with me so we could put it on a 200t of my pards. He runs that thing all day -- and is really the reason I did a 200t dog.

I thinned it with a grinder, and put it on there. Initial testing was very good. . . It didn't seem to be too grabby, and certainly dogged-in better than the lame little factory ones.

Bar length loss was also negligible.

Too funny. In all seriousness, thanks for doing this metal, and I do definitely want one for my 200. Any idea on ship date for the first batch?

Roller's from Bailey's are supposed to hit here Monday-Tuesday. I can start putting boxes together then, and mail out Tuesday-Wednesday? UPS drivers usually hit's my place around 4pm, which is too late to do the Post Office for the day.

The 200t's actually are off a hair. . . The CAD dude cut the wrong file and they're a tad long from center to center (of the mounting holes). I'm waiting to hear if they're willing to fix the problem soon enough to meet my mailing deadline.

The material is hard enough that you can file the inside of each mounting hole (with a 5/32" file) and make them work. I wouldn't worry about making the ears too thin, this domex could hold a freight train with .010".

It's what I had to do to fit test the "fatty" on Cody's 200t, and it's where I made note for the changes they were supposed to make, but didn't.

Roller/catchers came in from Bailey's UPS last night @ 17:00. Dogs will start getting put in Flat Rate boxes today, and mailed out!!

A reminder to the 200t guys -- you WILL have to file approx .030" from the inside of each mounting ear to get these on (I used a 5/32" round file). This was a mistake by the CAD guy, but will be remedied on future ones.

If you have a problem, please let me know.
