I don't think there is an SP55, I love my PM55. One saw I use almost every time out.

Nice.looking saw mark. I have a regular 250 that looked pristine but had junk piston and scored bore. Ebay seller flat out lied on that one lol. Was planning on canniblizing the 250 for what I need to make the super and my 380 runners. But might be nice to have right af cover. Would depend on price lol. Im a cheapscate otherwise known as poor lol

Have to.work on my sons saw tonight. He had his first damadged.saw.on the job lol. Pulled rope.out of his homelite super ez trimming saw and it came out of his hand and smasshed muffler on hedge tree. So dad sorted through my pile of junkyard scores good muffler and bark spikes coming off a doner and going on his saw tonight. His "big" saw is pro mac 610 650 frankensaw

I would advise against using a starter with a dowel like that, if the saw ever provides a little tug back on the starter you could end up with broken fingers...
