If ya want a mac 70cc just start buying up the "junkers" on ebay or around and eventually or straight away you'll get a good cylinder. Build it up and use your S as a parts saw. 10 series are good like that

I don't believe there is an off the shelf replacement today. 67906 is 9/16" shaft x 1-9/16" bore. Bob has them and I have some.

Unfortunately I have three saws in front of it right now. I just like to lay out a good plan, get my poop in a group so we can prepare both logistically and financially.

I believe the skf 6119 is the aftermarket replacement for the clutch side seal on 7-10 and 10-10 saws. Maybe Mark H can veritfy. I have gained alot of knowledge from his posts over the years and all you guys.

Trying a fix for cracked caps that trap in the plunger and spring on a 10-10 manual Oiler.
tries super glue first but it cracked open again when I forced it over the end of the housing. The zip tie/super glue the second go around seems to have done it. Not sure on clearance yet.

Any of you mac nuts located near Grants Pass Oregon? There's an old mac for sale over there that i'm interested in.
For the manual oiler caps, try warming them up a bit before you press them on the pump body, I use a heat gun but even hot water from the tap will help. Also, make sure to press them on pretty squarely, I use a socket and the arbor press when the pump body is off the saw.
I have repaired a few with the zip tie and hot glue, sometimes works and sometimes not...

I don't have very good luck with super glue on such items.
Two-part epoxy does much better for me.

It didn’t work by itself but it did hold the zip tie in place like a rock. The zip tie is keeping to crack in the cap closed so it fits snug like it should. Might try epoxy sometime too tho. It’s good stuff.
Matt - how did you every find one with the muffler guard still in one piece?

The zip tie was a great idea. I would have probably epoxied over the zip tie also.
I feel I have been making something out of nothing all my life.
@Duke Thieroff has some 110260 seals in his online store, along with a bunch of other n.o.s. Mac parts. Just look under new old stock and the seals will be on the first page.
Anyone know if these two coils are interchangeable? The one on the left has a tab of sorts under the center contact. Don’t see any other difference.
