Anybody care to take a gander at this and take a guess at what I am getting.
mcculloch chainsaw super pro mac saw project 60 70 555 - eBay (item 270694177649 end time Jan-24-11 16:28:03 PST)
10-4. :yourock:
Going to get some pics of my little Mac later. Fuel tank has lots of oxidation to deal with. Gonna needs a fuel filter, Carb kit too, most likely...:beer:
Awesome on that info.
Now you just need to find that cover:laughn:
I cannot really find hardly any parts for this saw on a search:waiting:
Do people mod these engines into carts or are they specific design motors for carts only?
Hey Guys, would a good running pro mac 700 be worth $100?
I cleaned up the 660 today and was wondering if anyone else has one here? My question is the gear case. I see a drain on the bottom of it but cannot see anything above it for a reference as to filling it with oil. Does it run off bar oil? What am I missing on this?
I just do not want to run it without knowing for sure that is full or empty.
I expected to find a fill plug but see nothing like that.

I have a 650, but have never checked the oil level in the transmission. Maybe I can take a look at it tomorrow and see if I can find something that you may have missed.

That would be great. I can take a picture of it tomorrw as well. It clearly has a drain plug. Just not seeing a refill plug.
Turn the saw over to re-fill
