Thanks Chris - Now I just have to wait until June to go to Oregon to collect it, or find out I can't go and have it shipped. I did put a package in the mail for you this morning before I left for the airport.

Hey Mark,

Have a nice trip man. I'll send those parts out to you soon, I got the rest of my Mac parts today.

Chris

Trade ya for a 790!

:)

Thanks man

Chris

hehe... sorry. :) To dead serious and honest, I wish I had a huge warehouse full of Macs, NOS and used, running, complete, parts saws, parts, and parts of parts. Then I'd give you a 790. Unfortunately, nothing ever turns out to be that good. :( Or maybe we just have to find said warehouse. :eek:uttahere2:

Really looking forward to building it up and hearing six cubes roar to life, and proceed to scare the neighbors and their trees with it...:hell_boy:

It's in Dike, Iowa. :)

I was just messing with you about the 790. I have quite a few Macs myself, and a few more on the way. I've got a couple of ones lined up for the future also.

They are too hard to pass up. I didn't even want to pick up another 10 series saw today, but this one seemed too sweet.

Survived the trip into Humboldt, brought home a big, old, ugly red logging saw. It drizzled down there and back, saw a nasty accident on 101, halfway up Ten Mile Hill, our roads are bad, the unwary pay dearly.

Chris, The saw looks very good. I wish for you that it is a 10-10 S. If it is I know you will like it. Tom

Picked up something else new today...

I believe it's a 10-10S it has a decompression valve, but the ID tag is there, but looks like it was worn off. The air filter cover was replaced with a different one. Saw is in good condition and complete, will be in great shape after a cleaning. It should be a runner, it has spark and compression.

So what did you get?

2100S Auto, 48" Cannon roller, in far better shape than described.

That sounds like fun. :)

Who said IH red and JD yellow couldn't get along? The guy down the road has a barn full of old tractors, he rebuilds them and gets them running, then drives them down the road... Nice to hear and old JD puttering along. :)

IMHO, Homelite red and McCulloch yellow can get along. :)

I might be working on the 790 tomorrow, after church and breakfast with the four of us and grandma.

I am done with the car for now. It's got me at the end of the rope. Need to let the rope go back to where it came from before I can get back to pulling on it.:angry::angry: Vacuum leaks are a PITA.
